DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) Information Sources

What is DACA?

DACA is the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals immigration policy established by the Obama administration in June 2012. This policy enables individuals who entered the United States illegally as minors (under the age of 18), to apply for deferred action for deportation and to be eligible for a work permit. DACA was rescinded by the Trump administration in September 2017.
