If you'd like more structured assistance, sign up for a 30 minute one-on-one research consultation appointment. Sign up at least 24 hours in advance and a librarian will do some advance preparation to get you started on your assignment. One-on-one appointments will generally be remote through zoom for Fall 2021, but you may request a face-to-face appointment with certain librarians if you prefer.
If you would like guided assistance in researching music topics, contact the Music Librarian (komaraem@potsdam.edu, 315-267-3227) for a 30 minute individual music research appointment. All SUNY Potsdam students - whether in music, arts and sciences, or education - are welcome, for topics in classical music, jazz and blues, and popular music.
The Technology Helpdesk is located at the single service point desk in the Lougheed Learning Commons and is staffed by student assistants. Hours for Fall 2021 will be posted shortly.
Technology Help for Crane Music Library is provided at the Crane Computer Lab located opposite the library's front desk. The Lab is supervised by Dr. Peter McCoy and is staffed with student Lab Monitors throughout the week.
