Since only one user can use an EBSCO e-book from this collection at one time, users can print pages to PDF to read off-line, and then release the e-book for other users. Releasing the book makes it available immediately. A book becomes available again when the web browser for the current reader is closed, or the session has been idle for 30 minutes.
1. From your search results screen, or the detailed record screen, click "EPUB Full Text" to display the record options.
2. Click Print Pages:
3. Click the radio button: "Current page and up to ___ pages." You can print up to 100 pages (current page plus 99 pages). Then click the "Print PDF" button.
4. The document will load in a new tab. At the print dialogue box, change the PDF option using the down arrow, and select "Open in Preview"
5. To release the book for other users, go back to the previous tab, and click on New Search. That will return you to the search screen and release the book for others to use.
