The Office of Alumni Relations records are open to all users and available in the reading room of the SUNY Potsdam College Archives & Special Collections. The collection is currently minimally processed.

The majority of the collection is made up of materials created by the Alumni Association, including financial records, class yearbooks, and newsletters. Other records include reunion programs, correspondence to and from alumni, and membership lists. Materials date from the mid-nineteenth century to the present.
