If SUNY Potsdam doesn't have what you're looking for, you can easily order books from other SUNY libraries through SUNY Resource Sharing. Books ordered through Resource Sharing typically take 7-10 days to arrive, so don't wait until the last minute to order them. Plan ahead and give them enough time to get here. You'll get an email once your books have arrived, and can pick them up at the Crumb Library's main circulation desk. Be sure to bring your Campus Card to check them out.
To order a book through Resource Sharing, follow these steps:
1. Change the Quick Search dropdown menu to All Suny Library Catalogs.
2. Once you've located the book you want, click Check for Available Services.
3. From the book's catalog entry, click SUNY Resource Sharing (the system may ask you to log in before you'll see this link).
4. The pop-up Resource Sharing Request will indicate if the book is available at another SUNY Library. If it is, just click Send Request and our system will order the book for you.
