Database Choices

Once you've decided on a topic and have some idea what types of sources you might need, database selection is pretty straightforward.

  1. Go to the databases page.
  2. Filter by subject.
  3. Filter by database type (articles, books, images, etc).
  4. Select one based on the description provided.
  5. If the choices don't seem to match your need, then use the help links to ask a librarian which database you should use.

Before you dive in, make sure you're familiar with the basics of searching efficiently, so that you don't waste valuable time.
